Our politic

If you are interested in our villa, you must check the availability in the reservation calendar and send a form to the host from our ONLINE BOOKING section to request the chosen dates.

Within 24 hours, the host of the accommodation will contact the guests to provide them with the instructions to make the payment by bank transfer.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!  Payment must be made in advance to guarantee your reservation, without proof of payment there is no reservation.

PAYMENT:
Payment is made in advance to the account number that the accommodation will provide.

Check In: ​​2:00 PM and Check Out: 10:00 AM

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform the accommodation in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must inform the accommodation at least 20 days before your arrival in order to make the cancellation and 100% refund.  If you want to make a cancellation between the 20th and the 10th before your arrival, the refund will be 50%.  In case the notice is before 10 days of arrival, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND and the accommodation will charge the total of the stay.

NO PRESENTATION POLICY:
In case of no-show without informing the days before, as indicated in the previous section, the total of the stay must be paid.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
Children between 3 and 12 years old have a room equipped with 2 children's beds and a cot.
Children under 3 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay free.

If you need more supplements for children, they must be requested from the accommodation at the time of booking.  These extras are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately upon arrival.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
We remind and inform families with children that the property has a swimming pool and that children must be supervised at all times by their parents.

 - Parties or stag parties are not allowed.
 - Pets are not allowed.
 - Youth groups are not allowed.

That is why we have introduced the strictest disinfection and cleaning protocols in VILLA MONSEBO, as an improvement and guarantee, to prevent the spread of Covid and other contagious diseases.

For this reason, we want to convey a message of confidence and security.  We carry out all the measures recommended by the Spanish Ministry of Health.  We wish to convey the tranquility and confidence that, having taken the necessary precautions and additional measures, VILLA MONSEBO is a safe environment, so that you can enjoy your holidays on our beautiful island of Mallorca.
